Dear Users,
We also like to remind users that during the Voice In: Activation. We are allocating a unique DID number for your forwarding options. Thus, there is a charge of RM1.00 for every 3 days.
Should you not be using the Voice In Services, do remember to cancel the service. You can always check your Voice In Status via the UNOS Application.
In UNOS PRO/ UNOS Voice Application:
1) Select Voice
2) Select Voice In
3) Select Status.
If your status shows active and there is a DID forwarding number allocated, it means your services is active and chargeable.
To Deactivate the Voice In:
1) Goto Voice
2) Goto Voice In
3) Select Cancel
4) Then check status.
Note: You will also receive a SMS from UNOS to confirm the cancellation and you need to cancel the forwarding number using the ##21# command.
