Q1: How do I register for UNOS PRO?
There are 2 methods to sign up:

1st Method:
Go to UNOS Website (http://www.myunos.com/index.php/Get-UNO ... S-Now.html)
– Key in your details and click “Download”. You will receive an SMS on mobile. Then, click the link in the SMS message. It will bring you to a download page where the download link for UNOS PRO is displayed. Select "Download UNOS PRO" and the downloading process will begin.

2nd Method:
On your phone - mobile web browser, type in the URL link: http://get.myunos.com
The URL will bring you to the download line for UNOS PRO. Select "Download UNOS PRO" and the downloading process will begin.

Q2: How do I download UNOS PRO?
You will need data connection to download UNOS. Please ensure that you have activated your data services.
UNOS can be downloaded via GPRS, 3G, EDGE, WiFi accesses. Please note that data charges may apply, according to your mobile service provider.

Q3: Where do I install UNOS?
Please install UNOS PRO application into your phone memory.


Q4: Do I need to change my mobile phone?
Most Nokia, Samsung and Sony Ericsson phones are supported by UNOS PRO. To ensure your phone is able to load the UNOS PRO application, please check the UNOS PRO Supported phone list: http://www.myunos.com/index.php/Support ... hones.html


Q5: Do I need to change my mobile service provider?
No, UNOS PRO can works on your existing mobile service provider. You just need to ensure that your service provider also has enable your data connection.

I'm using a S.E. K790i mobile phone. I'm using gmail application and opera mini application on my phone without any problem. I downloaded unos pro and started to setup. then it asked me to sending a sms for autantication . I chose yes. it start to send and a little window appeared which says sending and elapsed time.. i wait about 40 minutes but nothing happened. I'm from Turkey And using an AVEA gsm operator. I tried to create a new apn connection but the result doesn't changed.

I'm glad to heard that you're having a try on UNOS.

This is might be due to APN (Access Point Name) setting, because UNOS authentication cannot run on proxy settings. It would require a direct connection.

The reason why the elapse time exceeded over 5 mins or more, could most likely be due to proxy, the server unable to authenticate your identity. To determine if you using the connection with proxy or not - is your connection on WAP? WAP data connections are normally running on a proxy server.

If you are not familiar with the APN settings on phone, you could try to contact your mobile provider to assist you in settings.
